Navigating the All Campaigns List View
The All Campaigns list serves as your central hub for viewing, managing, and tracking every campaign within the CCDP platform. From this list view, you can create new campaigns, monitor existing campaigns, evaluate high-level audience metrics, and quickly take action on individual campaigns.
Creating a New Campaign: Step-by-Step Guide
Starting a new campaign in the CCDP platform is a guided, multi-step process designed to help you define your goals, target audience, and delivery methods accurately.
The 3-Step Campaign Workflow: Define, Personalize, and Activate
Building a campaign in the CCDP platform follows a standardized, guided workflow to ensure your targeting, logic, and delivery are configured accurately. While the specific options will adapt based on the Channel you select (Web, Email, or Paid Media), the foundational architecture remains the same.
Campaign Workflow: Step 1 [Define Campaign]
The first step in the configuration wizard is setting up your campaign's metadata and strategic objectives. This ensures your campaign is easily identifiable in the platform and that its performance is tracked against the correct metrics.
Campaign Workflow: Step 2 [Specify Personalization & Delivery]
Step 2 is the core of your campaign setup. The interface is vertically divided into two distinct logical sections:
Campaign Workflow: Step 3 [Activate Campaign]
The third and final step in the campaign configuration workflow is where you define your campaign's operational timeline and data processing frequency. Once these parameters are set, your campaign is ready to be submitted to the system.
Campaign Workflow: Social Proofing
The Social Proofing campaign workflow allows you to instantly display real-time popularity metrics (e.g., "15 people bought this today") on your Product Listing Pages (PLPs) or Product Detail Pages (PDPs) to accelerate purchase decisions.
Campaign Workflow: Managing & Reusing Campaign Rules
Building complex targeting logic from scratch for every campaign is time-consuming. To help you scale your efforts, maintain consistency, and collaborate effectively, the platform allows you to save your targeting configurations as reusable Campaign Rules .
